Poop becomes punctual. After taking it for a week, it has become easier and more predictable to have a bowel movement. I used to feel anxious every morning as I hadn’t had a bowel movement for 2-3 days before. The effect is obvious. Although the taste is bitter, it remains acceptable for its efficacy.
